Annual Fund The Annual Fund at NBH supports the purchase of new equipment and technology and helps sustain critical programming at North Adams Regional Hospital, VNA + Hospice of Northern Berkshire, Sweet Brook Transitional Care and Living Centers, and REACH Community Health Foundation, that revenues alone cannot provide.
Over the years, the Annual Fund has raised millions of dollars to buy state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, train nurses in specialty areas, and improve patient spaces. In addition, community generosity helps us to leverage larger gifts and grants, such as the $2 million Essential Community Provider Trust Fund grant awarded in September 2006 and again in 2007 for needed upgrades.
