|NARH hosts information session on BCC coding program|

(May 1, 2013) North Adams Regional Hospital will host an information session and registration for Berkshire Community College’s new medical coding program. BCC will be represented at NARH on Monday, May 13, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Ground Floor Conference Room near the hospital dining room.
Information will be available on the stackable credits option to earn coding credentials on the pathway to an Associates’ Degree in Business Careers with a Health Information Management Option.
Information will also be available about classes to prepare coders for the transition to ICD-10-CM.
These programs are supported by the Massachusetts Community Colleges & Workforce Development Transformation Agenda, which is 100% funded through a $20 million grant from the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration TAACCCT. Grant agreement #TC-22505-11-60-A-25.
