Men's Health Partnership
The Men’s Health Partnership, a program funded by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, serves the preventive health needs of men in the community who are uninsured or underinsured.

The primary goal of the Men’s Health Partnership is to provide screenings for prostate cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and stroke. A subsequent goal is to link men to medical care following the screening. To address these goals, the Men’s Health Partnership offers free health screenings to men aged 18-65.

Did you know that one in six men is at risk for prostate cancer in their lifetime? In Massachusetts, about 5,500 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer in a year. Heart disease and stroke are two of the leading causes of death in Massachusetts, with over 9,100 men dying each year as a result of these diseases. Unfortunately, the symptoms and signs of these diseases go largely unnoticed. This necessitates early detection and regular screening for men!
