Our professional admissions staff can provide counseling for families and residents, help families understand complex Medicare and Medicaid regulations, and smooth the way for your loved one who needs the kind of care Sweet Brook provides.
Our Admissions Director will conduct a clinical evaluation of the potential resident in the home, hospital, or other setting.
Upon admission, our staff will assist the resident and family with arrival and the transition to Sweet Brook. We offer the emotional support that can be so important to a new resident.

Working out financing for skilled nursing can be complicated, but Sweet Brook staff are here to help. We can assist families with the complex rules and regulations surrounding Medicare and Medicaid applications, and can also help with private insurance companies.
