Sweet Brook is a 184-bed facility with two separate and distinct programs of therapeutic activities. Each program runs 365 days a year and is designed to meet the daily mental, emotional, spiritual and physical activity needs of each individual. An holistic view and interdisciplinary approaches are used to assist the residents to meet their goals and needs. A trained, caring and motivated staff works with direction from qualified professionals.

The Birches Activity Program incorporates educational, community, diversional, recreational, rehabilitation oriented, social, spiritual and work-type activities.

The Linden Court Activity Program is designed for people suffering from Alzheimer's Disease and related dementia. Although the program is structured with a daily stable routine, there is flexibility.
