Staff Sweet Brook Staff
Staff members at Sweet Brook Transitional Care and Living Centers are dedicated caregivers who take pride and satisfaction in meeting the needs of those entrusted to their care. Half of the staff at Sweet Brook have five or more years of service in providing the best health care services available.
In addition, many staff members volunteer their time and assistance above and beyond that expected as part of their jobs. They participate in the resident bazaar, assist residents on trips, and take part in the annual Memory Walk to benefit the Alzheimer's Association -- to name a few.
Whether working in the Nursing or Therapy Departments, or in one of the ancillary departments, the common thread is a true desire to care for and provide services to seniors.
After working in entry-level positions, many staff members have furthered their training or education by obtaining credentials in specialized services or licensed positions. Many of the licensed nursing staff have upgraded their skills to the RN level.
Sweet Brook welcomes individuals for employment who possess a true desire to care for and serve seniors. Employment at Sweet Brook can provide a change in one's perspective, resulting in a commitment to a career in health care, as well as the continuation or furthering of an existing career in healthcare. A smile, nod, or word of thanks all show a resident's appreciation. Few things are as satisfying as the knowledge that one has made the quality of life and care better for someone else.
