Insurance benefit and verification service
Most health insurance plans have coverage for VNA services once specific eligibility criteria are met. Eligibility criteria vary and the agency intake staff is available to follow up with insurers to verify patient’s coverage allowances. Individuals without coverage can apply for reduced fee services through VNAHNB.
